Become a pool lifeguard!
1 weeks course, with the assessment on the Friday from 3pm.
Must be at least 16 years of age, with valid ID.
The course is taught in English so a good understanding of the language is required.
Parking is available nearby however there is no cafe/shops on site so candidates are advised to bring a packed lunch and drinks.
You must be able to do the following before the course starts:
Jump / dive into deep water
Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water
Tread water for 30 seconds
Surface dive to the floor of the pool
Climb out unaided without ladder / steps and where the pool design permits
